Sent flowers on international mothers day to our mother in scotland. Found out on the morning of mothers day that they weren't going to be able to deliver them. Didnt offer anything but that they would deliver the day after. This is so unacceptable. Cant even contact them to find out why or get a refund.
Was delivered to the wrong address (an empty business) and when told they only offered to give me a discount to fix the problem. My friend never received her flowers and I live in another country... Not worth the price or service. Another company sent it to the right address and with a beautiful basket for a much better price. Will not order from here again and I am very disappointed that I paid for a gift to be left on the streets of an empty business.

Do not used, service terrible, help desk confrontational, flowers dismal.
This company are out to make money with the least support and a poor product.
Really disappointed that it took me three orders to have the flowers for my parent's 56th wedding anniversary delivered 4 days late. I can accept one 'technical error' where my flowers weren't delivered the day after they were promised, but for a second order to also face a 'technical error' is really disappointing. An opportunity to win a customer back was also missed. Sad to say I won't be using them again.
The recipient was so happy with the freshness and efficient service of Serenata Flowers. Therefore I highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.
Easy to use website. The flowers I ordered arrived on time and I was told they were very nice.
Thank you for your reliable service. I was kept informed by email, as to when they were dispatched, and also once they were delivered .My friend had other flowers for her birthday. I was informed the Serenata flowers were the best.
Really upset with the whole experience. Flowers for a special day never arrived. After following this up several times for several days (Online as they have no phones) I was told it was a technical error. No compensation was offered. Re-delivery was offered but pointless for an irrelevant date. I'm expecting a refund.
Abysmal. Pictures speak more than more words but as I cannot attach the image, let me describe. The flowers ordered were the Freya, a bountiful array of roses and other flowers, however what was received were 5 stems of roses among fillers. Nothing else. It was hardly a bunch bigger than a small fist. This online company feels deceitful in their marketing and I would avoid at all costs. There are so many other beautiful and integral florists I have used in the local area, please think twice about using this online company.
A lot more greenery than flowers. Some Flowers dying within 5 days. Bouquet never looked as described as some flowers open whilst others in bud.Disappointed
I got these flowers for my birthday. Completely dead and withered. Couldn't even place them in a vase. Binned them immediately. This was no damage during transit, they were completely wilted.
Flowers were beautiful but lasted less than a week. Wrong message included with the flowers (message from another family entirely).
